reel.VIP Card Terms & Conditions

reel.VIP is our way of recognising the legends who’ve stuck with us. Membership is open to eligible individuals and comes with perks like annual gift cards, exclusive offers, and invites to member-only events. Gift cards can be used in-store but aren’t redeemable for cash, and each member receives one per calendar year. Friends & Family gift cards are available too, once referrals are verified. Offers can’t be combined with other discounts unless stated, and benefits can’t be transferred or resold. We may update or change the program from time to time, but we’ll always do our best to let you know. Your privacy matters to us, and all personal info is handled securely. By joining, you’re agreeing to these terms and to being part of something a bit special.
