reel.VIP Membership

Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who meet the program entry requirements as outlined at www.reeloptics.com.au/reelvip

reel.VIP membership is non-transferable and available to individuals only.

Gift Cards

Gift cards issued under the reel.VIP program are valid for purchases in-store. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned, or exchanged for other products or credit. Each reel.VIP member is entitled to one gift card per calendar year, issued in January. Only one gift card can be redeemed per member per calendar year, regardless of tier or membership type.

Friends & Family Gift Cards

Friends & Family gift card offers are subject to successful referral validation. A referred person must meet the qualifying spend for the gift card to be issued and possess either the referring members card or card number. Friends & Family offers are limited to one per referred customer unless otherwise stated.

Exclusive Events & Promotions

Invitations to exclusive events and promotions are at the discretion of Reel Optics. Member-only promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Restrictions

Offers and gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless expressly stated. Membership benefits may not be resold, bartered, or transferred.

Program Changes

Reel Optics reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw the program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Up to date benefits and eligibility criteria can be found at www.reeloptics.com.au/reelvip. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.

Consumer Guarantees

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods purchased with a gift card are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or do not match the description, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with consumer law.

Privacy

By joining reel.VIP, you consent to Reel Optics collecting and using your personal information (including email and mobile number) for the purpose of administering the program and sending special offers. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General

Membership may be revoked if Reel Optics reasonably believes there has been misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Decisions made by Reel Optics regarding membership eligibility and benefits are final.
